My Name is Victory! (with Sanofi A1c Champions)
A program in partnership with Sanofi-Aventis, USA, This unique patient-to-patient program provides education, hope, encouragement and support from people who are personally experiencing similar challenges and have positive insights and advice to share. A1c Champions are carefully selected patients who are trained and certified to present information about diabetes, sharing their personal experience and what has best supported them in successfully living with and managing their disease.
