Julie Grim, MPH, RD, LD
Interim President / V.P. of Operations

Julie is a registered, licensed dietitian with a Master’s degree in public health and more than 20 years experience in hospital management including clinical management, food service management and physician practice management including multi-site management. In her current role she is employed by ARAMARK and directs clinical nutrition and patient services for the Baylor Health Care System, in Dallas, Texas. She is providing consultation to DHWI in the areas of program development and strategic partnerships related to healthy community development. She speaks nationally on a variety of topics and serves in multiple leadership roles at the national level for the American Dietetic Association. Her areas of professional interest are outcomes research, chronic disease prevention, community program development and environmental stewardship.
