Pamela L. Fox, LCSW/M.Div.
Clinical Staff Member

Pamela L. Fox, LCSW/M.Div. is a clinical staff member at the Diabetes Health and Wellness Institute at the Juanita J. Craft Recreation Center in Dallas, TX.

Mrs. Fox is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Behavioral Health Counselor, Family Therapist, and a retired Ordained Minister. She has post graduate certifications in pastoral counseling, marriage and family therapy, alcohol and drug abuse counseling, HIV/AIDS education, and the management and development of social services. Mrs. Fox holds a Masters in Divinity from McCormick Theological Seminary (Chicago, IL); a Masters of Arts in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago-School of Social Service Administration (Chicago, IL); and a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Valparaiso University (Valparaiso, IN).
